One of my favorite apps that I that I have found for +Windows Phone is Timelapse Pro. I captured the video above with setting the app to take a photo every 10 seconds, and then exporting it at 30 frames per second with a Vignette filter.
You have total control over how long you want the camera to take a picture, from 1 second, to days if you so choose. Not only that, but you can control the resolution of the photos, and that can affect the aspect ratio of the video. Taking the photos at 8MP each, you get a 4:3 aspect ratio. Bump it down to 7MP, and you can rock the 16:9 widescreen ratio.
Once you have all your photos, you can choose how to play the video at either 5 frames/second to 30 frames/second. You also get to choose a filter to go over your video, much like most photo apps, you have the various Sepia, Black and White, Lomo, Vignette, and some unique filters to choose from.
Timelapse renders the video and uploads it to it's own servers, and hosts it there, which is a bit weird to me, because I would like to keep the video on my phone locally, and decide where it goes. But, for a free app, and I'm not shooting anything too sensitive/private, it's not a huge matter. Plus, I can go and download it from their site, so I'm not without my video.
Take some time, check it out, and rock that +Windows Phone. This phone really sparks the creative side in me.
If you're not using Timelapse Pro, what are some of your favorite photo/video apps out there?
